Author to Speak at St. Peter
Fr. Sean Davidson, author of Saint Mary Magdalene: Prophetess of Eucharistic Love recently published by Ignatius Press, will be visiting our parish! He will preach at the weekend Masses on August 19th and 20th. At 7:00 pm on Monday, August 21st, he will present a talk in the church.
Father Davidson is a member of the Missionaries of the Most Holy Eucharist, a clerical community based in southeast France. Born in London and raised in Ireland, Fr. Sean’s call to the priesthood was accompanied by a strong desire for Eucharistic Adoration, as well as the mission to make Jesus in the Eucharist known and loved. In the United States, his community runs a Eucharistic Retreat Center based at the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception in Long Island, New York.
